SCAM!!!
Beware of this company, they are total scammer.
They charged my CC and after a week of follow up they told me that products are not in stock. Also, mentioned to call back for follow up. When I did try to followup, they just rudely hanged up phone.
I was like WTF ???? Have same manner (if you parents teach if any).
Now it's been 3 week any my $120 is still stuck with them. Whenever I call and ask for money they just say send us an email and simply hang up and these jerks never reply to any emails at all.
I am not pissed for non-delivery as I am sure they don't have anything in stock rather I am pissed of coz of their behavior.
As a suggestion, spend a bit more rather than loosing everything.

LMAO Scam Shams
Ordered a 12w6v3 that was "in stock". About a week after item was supposedly shipped, still no location for tracking number.
Contacted them only to find out that it was on "back order" and was shipping from their "other" warehouse. Give it a couple days for item to arrive at their location. Of course wasn't feeling like waiting so I filed a complaint on Paypal. Seller immediately contacted me saying it will take 3-4 days for Paypal dispute to resolve, and if I canceled the dispute, they can have it shipped the next day (Friday).
I answered back, since it does take 3-4 days to resolve the dispute, I can always cancel the dispute when the item arrives at my place. Well, seller didn't feel like winning this battle, so refunded me back pretty quickly.

DO NOT AGAIN DO NOT Order anything from this so called company. I placed an order for a product on the 8th of march 2016.
They gave me a bogus tracking number which when you track it it says,...the usps has been notified about this product but hasnt been delivered. Every time i called they would say,....it'll ne out by next week. It doesnt take over 7 business to ship any item. The BBB rated them as an F rating the worst possible rating any company could get, for non delivery of products or tecieving broken products.
What they say is itll be out next week over & over until your cc company cant help you, or your bank cant help you cause by that time its too late to file a claim. Since 2010 they've been robbing ppl of there money. I dont know how the owner Robert gets away with this. Its a bogus company in california with a bogus address.
Its a shame how this guy isnt investigated and locked up on fraud charges. Tell your family, friends & perfect strangers to never order a product from this fraudulant company.
AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING GROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY. THIS GUY OS A SCAM ARTIST!!!!!

purchased jl 900/5 amp....arrived and did not work... told to return amp...returned certified mail.....never returned any emails of phone calls! months later and still nothing....
I see plenty of others have had the same experience with the lying *** holes....some one need to find their address and stop by and show them how disasatisfied folks are...and that it is not nice to steal from people!

Dealer Cost Car Audio is terrible.
Dealer Cost Car Audio will take your order and request payment and then cancel the order. Do not do business with this group.
I have read many other complaints online now about this group. Most people are saying they have been ripped off. I wish I had done more reviews prior to placing my order. I have my pending payment on watch with AMEX and will not be ripped off, but the company appears to be a fraud.
They waited several days to cancel my order, but wasted no time in hammering my credit card.
I strongly advise staying away from this vendor.

I purchased a car alarm n when the technician installed it he said the antenna n pad weren't linking up so I called them and they said send the defective parts back and they send a new pad and antenna. I sent it back certified mail and they never sent the replacements!!!!

order made by myself and paid for but they kept promising to send but never did cold not contact anyone regarding my order or filing a complaint. Seamed to be A Bogus company!never received order or got a refund on the equipment i tried to purchase.
Then filed complain with the internet fraud department and never heard a word about it.
checking online i still see that this company is still operating and i do not see why no one has investigated them because i know that there has to be multiple complaints abut this company out there so if any buddy has any dealing with them they are fraudulent and will not receive there merchandise.
DCCA ripped me off too
About 6-7 months after I had gotten my money back. I received an e-mail from the Assistant District Attorney for Orange County, CA.
I told her that I had taken care of the problem myself, I could not help her out a great deal. I do remember telling Robert Jones, if I caught him stealing from anyone again. I would get involved. Well he is still doing it.
Even though DCCA was sued, to to tune of $360,000 ballpark.
I am not sure of the actual amount. If anyone is going to take this thief down it is going to have be us.
Robert Jones (The Owner)accepted my order, and within a couple of hours the money $112.00 went bye bye from my bank card. He set up a Intent to Ship with UPS, and then I didn't hear anything for almost a week.
After almost 3 weeks of bouncing e-mails back and forth. I finally realized, this guy for some reason needs this site, most likely to continue his larcenous activities. He doesn't care about your threats, because most people won't carry them through. So I attacked his business daily, I told UPS, his credit card payment system, any online support of his I could find.
I told them he was a thief. I also e-mailed him with how I attacked him that day, and what I was going to to to him tomorrow. I kept it up. I did not relent, it took about 5 weeks.
I did get my refund.
Freakin thieves
Dealer cost car audio stole almost $500 from me. I ordered a head unit and component speakers and never received.
They immediately withdrew funds from account though. I was told that stereo was on back order and did i want different stereo and I said no because I wanted what I ordered. I waited for over a month no speakers no radio and they said they couldn't refund my money. I tried to dispute charge with MasterCard and bank but it was to late they said.
I would have disputed earlier but kept being told order would be shipped when available. I threatened them and everything but in end they stole my money. I should have researched them better but I learned my lesson.

Billed credit card before they had the equipment.
I was billed and to this day a year later. I never received the sub-woofer and they never put the money back to my account.
140 bucks out the door. Please never , I mean never use dealer cost car audio. If anyone else has had problems with this company and would like to make a motorcycle ride down Northern Los Angles. The person that sends out e-mails never answers your questions.
I have found a few names on the internet. I would also like to pissed on the owner and anyone else involved in this rip off company. They are still ripping people off.
They have a grade of f with the BBB. They are not a member.

I will copy and paste the email chain that has been going back and forth with this company. Keep in mind that in the original order there is a "special instructions" section. In there I wrote that if the parts were not in stock to let me know so I could cancel or modify my order.
Order place December 4th, that's when they charged my credit card.

12/16 (Me) Are the parts in stock? If so, what is there to put together, I don't understand. If the parts are not in stock, then the website, the person I spoke to, and whoever accepted my order with specific instructions to notify me if parts were not in stock have all deceived me. If I don't get a tracking number by end of business today, we can discuss what free upgrades I would like with my order for having to wait well over a week.

12/17 (Me) So the question remains, why haven't they been shipped. I just did a google search for dealer cost car audio reviews and I am a bit concerned at seeing that many people have the same issues I am having and not getting their products for months. Since the parts are in stock and your company couldn't be bothered to put them in a box and ship them to me, I would like a refund for the full purchase price plus shipping. If your website had said "Please allow 2-10 weeks for delivery", I would have known to go elsewhere but it said "most orders shipped within 24 hours". 11 days is much more than 24 hours and that is unacceptable.

12/17 (Me) Ok, if the item is in stock, how can it be delayed from somewhere else? That means you do not have it in stock, Soundstream has it in stock. I did not purchase from Soundstream. You may want to stop trying to deceive your customers like this.
So let's go ahead and process my refund and return my money to me as soon as possible so I can avoid having to do a chargeback.
From what I have researched online, it is not legal to charge a credit card for an order before you have shipped it. You can run an authorization but not actually charge a customer until the items are shipped. If I am wrong, you may want to consider that as your policy from now on to avoid the hundreds of bad reviews you have online.

1/7 (Me) Still nothing to my bank. As the purchase was made 30 days ago, I will be going to my bank today to do a fraudulent charge chargeback. I have done money transfers from 3 other companies into my bank account AFTER you claim this one was started and they have all arrived. Dealing with your company has been a terrible disappointment. I requested a refund on December 17th. What is wrong with you people?

Took my$,no shipment-no refund
I oredered, they took my money instantly.-$1009.00. They did not ship so i started asking for tracking number and they said "any second now"-never happened, so i canceled.
They confirmed my canceled order and said refund in
"7 to 10 days". 1 month later and they say they have refunded my money but they have not. This "company is a scam". I don't believe there is a store or any product.
Check out all the reviews and the bbb rating of "F". Be smart enough to recognise the bogass reviews that are added by the criminals. Do not be a fool like i was. This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
File a dispute w/ your card company and get your money back- its the only way you will get it back!
Dealer Cost Car Audio is a Scam
Do not ever place an order with Dealer Cost Car Audio. I wish I had done soem research before I made this mistake.
If you look them up on the Better Business Bureau you will see their track record. I placed an order on February 1st for a car stereo. Within 24 hours they withdrew the funds from my account - they waste no time whatsoever doing that. Here it is April 14th and I have still not received my order.
I have however have been getting many emails from them saying "a couple of more days, just a bit longer, 1-2 more days, etc" It is all bull!@#$. They will tell you the item is on backorder, etc. They will even send you an email saying your order has shipped and when you click on the UPS tracking number it says Billing Information Received. I put a complaint on the BBB website and got a phone call from DCCA within 5 minutes.
The guy Matt tells me if I revoke my review they will overnight my order to me. Can you believe this? All you have to do is look this company up on any consumer review site and you will see the truth.
DO yourself a favor and avoid this company. They will advertise great prices for their products and try to lure you in, and will take your money with a quickness but, getting your order to you...that is another LONG story.

Abhishek Sharma, you placed an order on 07/01/2016. We cancelled the order immediately upon returning back to the office on 07/05/2016.
We never charged your credit card. We only charge the card if the item ships. The pending authorization was already voided. You even acknowledged this by sending us an email confirming the cancellation.
This was cancelled within 1 business day. This was not a 3 week ordeal like your review falsely states.
